About the Speaker

Doug is an ADHD coach who has recently transformed his personal journey into a powerful tool for helping others. Through ADHD Coaching Training, Doug discovered innovative strategies that can help clients dramatically improved focus, organization, and productivity. He has recently launched his practice with a focus on youth and children, but also works with adults in giving them a strong scaffolding to overcome some of the challenges that ADHD brings, but to also appreciate the strengths and super-powers it provides. Doug’s sessions blend practical skill-building with motivational guidance, empowering clients to design personalized systems for time management, task completion, and goal-setting. His professional development session at TIL will aid interpreters in better understanding and navigating communication matters as they pertain to interpreting, and provide useful tools for both work and home environments.
