Interpreting in healthcare and medical settings can be professionally and emotionally demanding. This training program equips you with specialized skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to work competently alongside a wide range of health and medical professionals, including general practitioners, nurses, surgeons, and specialists.
The Interpreting in Healthcare Settings course is required training for our advanced Mental Health and Complex Settings Training Program and also prepares you for the CTTIC exam to become a Certified Medical Interpreter.
Students must successfully complete our Community Settings Foundational Training Program prior to starting the Interpreting in Healthcare & Medical Settings training program.
