This lively, intensive short-course program covers core skills and competencies required of interpreters and provides a good overview for new interpreters.

Course Title: Interpreting in Community Settings

Length: 35 hours

Format: This course is now being offered online via remote classroom learning. The course is comprised of 6 sessions in an online classroom with the instructor and others students, and a series of online modules and assignments that students complete in their own time. Students have access to the online modules for 3 months from the start date of the course.
